HYPER ECODRIVE 5W-40

Hyper Ecodrive 5W-40 is an innovative fully synthetic engine oil formulated for use in next-generation gasoline engines – turbocharged gasoline direct injections (TGDI), and all other vehicles operating under severe urban conditions where “Stop-Start” modes are typical.  It provides excellent lubrication and wear protection in downsized and powerful engines operating in severe driving conditions.  It resists premature oil ageing to fully optimize the engine oil life.  Guaranteed protection against Low Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI) and timing chain wear.

Hyper Ecodrive 5W-40 is enhanced with unique anti-friction technology, ZFMTM (Zero Friction Molecular), to considerably reduce friction and wear of highly loaded engine parts that are exposed to intensive duty cycles and high operating temperatures.  Excellent oxidation control, better wear protection, minimized sludge formation, superior piston cleanliness and ultimate performance for an extended engine life.

APPLICATION

Recommended for all types of gasoline fueled engines requiring a viscosity grade of SAE 5W-40 API SP engine oil.  For passenger cars, vans, CUVs, SUVs, light duty trucks and other vehicles fitted with recent gasoline engines.  Helps protect engines operating on E85 fuels.

Suitable for use in diesel engines requiring API CF oils.

Backward compatible to API SN PLUS, API SN.
